1 Scope
This part of ISO 6506 specifies a method for the calibration of reference blocks to be used in the indirect verification of Brinell hardness testing machines as described in ISO 6506?2.
The procedures necessary to ensure metrological traceability of the calibration machine are also
specified.

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)使用重新起草法修改采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO6506-3:2005《金屬材料 布氏硬度試驗(yàn) 第3部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)硬度塊的標(biāo)定》(第二版),在文本結(jié)構(gòu)和技術(shù)內(nèi)容方面與ISO6506-3:2005一致。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與ISO6506-3:2005的技術(shù)性差異及其原因如下:
—— 刪除了ISO6506-3:2005的前言,重新編寫(xiě)了前言;
—— 關(guān)于規(guī)范性引用文件,本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)做了具有技術(shù)性差異的調(diào)整,以適應(yīng)我國(guó)的技術(shù)條件,調(diào)整的內(nèi)容集中反映在第2章“規(guī)范性引用文件”中,具體調(diào)整如下:
● 用修改采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的GB/T231.1代替ISO6506-1(見(jiàn)4.7、第5章和附錄A);
● 用修改采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的GB/T231.2—2012代替ISO6506-2:2005(見(jiàn)第1章、4.1、4.5、4.8和A.1);
● 用等同采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的GB/T3505代替ISO4287(見(jiàn)3.4);
● 用等同采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的GB/T13634代替ISO376(見(jiàn)4.4);
—— 將7.1的公式(1)中的符號(hào)“U”用符號(hào)“J”替換;將公式(2)和表4中的符號(hào)“Urel”用符號(hào)“Jrel”替換;
—— 改正了表A.2中一些錯(cuò)誤的計(jì)算結(jié)果和數(shù)據(jù),并在做過(guò)改正的地方用下劃線注明;
—— 刪除了參考文獻(xiàn)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與ISO6506-3:2005相比存在技術(shù)性差異,這些差異涉及的條款已通過(guò)在其外側(cè)頁(yè)邊空白位置的垂直單線(|)進(jìn)行了標(biāo)示。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還做了下列編輯性修改:
—— 將“ISO6506的本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”一詞改為“本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”;
—— 用中文的小數(shù)點(diǎn)符號(hào)“.”代替英文的小數(shù)點(diǎn)符號(hào)“,”。
